The short version: our apps do not collect, store, or share any personal information. Our website uses Google Analytics to count visitors. If you email us, we use your message only to reply to you. We never sell personal information.
Who we are
Park2Play Games ("we", "us") makes simple, familiar games designed to be played together in a parked car. This policy covers our apps, including Tic-Tac-Toe by Park2Play for Android Automotive OS, and our website at park2playgames.com. You can reach us at info@park2playgames.com.
Our apps
Our apps are designed to work entirely on your vehicle's screen, with no accounts and no connection to us. Specifically, Tic-Tac-Toe by Park2Play:
- does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information;
- does not require you to create an account or sign in;
- does not request any Android permissions, and does not use your location, contacts, microphone, camera, or vehicle data;
- does not contain advertising, analytics, or third-party SDKs; and
- keeps game state and session scores in memory only while the game is open. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.
Google Play, the store that distributes our apps, may collect its own information about installs and app performance (for example, aggregated crash and usage statistics). That collection is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy, not by us. We only see aggregated reports.
Our website
The website park2playgames.com uses:
- Google Analytics 4, a service from Google, to understand how many people visit and which pages they view. It uses cookies or similar identifiers and may record information such as your approximate location (derived from your IP address, which Google does not store in Google Analytics 4), device and browser type, and pages visited. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site.
- Google Fonts, which loads the site's typefaces from Google's servers, so your browser sends a request (including your IP address) to Google when a page loads.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies and trackers in your browser. To learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Email you send us
If you contact us at info@park2playgames.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking, and we do not share your message with anyone else.
Sharing and selling information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only third parties involved are the service providers named above (Google, for website analytics and fonts, and Google Play for distributing the apps).
Children's privacy
Our games are made for people of all ages to play together, and our apps collect no personal information from anyone, including children. Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please email us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Because our apps collect no personal information, there is nothing in them to access or delete. For information we may hold from your emails, or if you have questions about your privacy, contact us at info@park2playgames.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you, and we will honor valid requests.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date above. If a future app collects any personal information, we will describe it here before that app is released.
